Date of birth: Your date of birth is used to determine your age. We use your age to determine which studies you are eligible to participate in.
E-mail: Study invitations, newsletters, research results and information about community events are sent via e-mail.
Phone number: If you express interest in participating in a study, labs will use your phone number to schedule a time for you to come in.
