Here are a few notes about why we need this information from you and how it will be used.

Date of birth: Your date of birth is used to determine your age. We use your age to determine which studies you are eligible to participate in. Parents who only wish to sign up their children do not need to provide their date of birth unless they want to.
Gender: We use your gender to determine which studies you are eligible to participate in. Parents who only wish to sign up their children do not need to provide their gender unless they want to.
E-mail: Study invitations, newsletters, research results and information about community events are sent via e-mail.
Phone number: If you express interest in participating in a study, labs will use your phone number to schedule a time for you to come in.
