About Our Research

Growing with Brock is made up of a team of researchers and their students from the Department of Psychology at Brock who specialize in studying different areas of development over the course of the human lifespan.

Some areas of interest are:
  • Well-being
  • Risk-taking
  • Memory
  • Face Perception and Emotion Recognition
  • Honesty
  • Caregiving
Our research often takes place at our labs at Brock University, but some of our research can be done in schools, daycares, community centres, and retirement homes.  Some of our studies may involve a survey which can be completed anywhere and at your convenience. Typically our studies take between 30-90 minutes of your time. Free and accessible parking is always provided for our participants.
